First Day and Last Day. 

GRADUATION DAY.

Today Jillian graduated Kindergarten!!!! Today she stood up with her class and performed 3 songs, and stood on risers and showed how grown up she is by walking down the aisle, smiling, and accepted her diploma from Mrs. Lehmkuhl, who has helped her grow, learn, and really enjoy school. Today she filled up a little more of our hearts with pride. Today she became a 1st Grader.
In the year 2024, our hearts will be overflowing with love and pride, but for now.... baby steps.

This is for my mom, who used to tell me my real dad was either the milkman or the mailman. Dad must have been out on deployment a lot.

Vroom!

As you read before, Jillian is now riding a bicycle without training wheels. Her little pink bike we had since she was 3. (Dad was a little ambitious.) Obviously the bike was a little small for her by now. So after checking Craigslist for a couple of days, we found this beauty. We now have her old bike up on Craigslist and hope to break even.

Meet Enzo

Enzo is a VERY afffectionate 1 year old cat that we found in the neighborhood. We put up signs and took him to animal control and no one claimed him. Sooo... he is now fixed, vaccinated, etc. and our cat. He and Sugar are getting better at tolerating each other, but it is still a game of power for Sugar.
