cats prowlin' for s'mores

Last weekend we all went over to The Browns house. Owen was ready with face paints and asked me to draw a leopard on him and a tiger on Jillian. We all had a great time and at the end of the evening we all enjoyed S'MORES!!!! Let Summer begin.

Ice Cream Sammy's

On Saturday afternoon, Jillian and I walked over to her ex-teachers house 2 blocks down and made ice cream sandwiches! Teacher Ashley used to be Jill's teacher when she was 3. She has since left the company to nanny and get her Masters Degree. Jillian and Ashley have a very special bond, they love each other! Ashley is just pregnant and thinks that she may love Jill more than her own baby! (we'll see, although, Jillian says she is having a girl monkey!)

We had warm cookies waiting for us when we arrived and lemonade. Jillian tried some pistachio Gelato and vanilla ice cream and put sprinkles and shredded coconut on hers! They were so yummy and we made so many that we have some for our Yukon St. BBQ tonight.

Summer Nights.

Tonight Jillian wanted to watch her bike. We got out the bucket and an old sock so she could soap up the old steed. She had so much fun that she then decided to wash Dada's car. After that, we grilled out on the lawn and went to a neighbors' house. Kelli and Davis, seeing Jillian's love of berries, invited us to pick raspberries in their backyard. They have quite an abundance! I love our street! The night ended with Jill on the couch eating some of her bounty. It was a great night!

Baby Goats, possibly revisited...

Mothers Day weekend we went out to see my parents and their friends who live on a farm.

Jillian got to feed the kids with a bottle and I got to play. We all had a blast, maybe I was just thinking of something furry to love again.... No, we're not getting a Goat. Maybe a kitty, later!

Just a little montage of the last year. We have had some good times and a few sad times. Just wanted to let you know, John, that you are a great 1st husband. Jillian says you are a good daddy, too!
