Just thought I'd post a picture of my new toy. I probably wouldn't have bought it but Julie gave me a little nudge since it was such a good deal. For those of you who aren't surfboard savvy, this style of board is called a fish, hence the title "fresh fish."

I find it fascinating that my husband chooses to post a picture of his "new baby" and not any of our baby at the beach, or the cheese factory, or playing at the pool, or flying a kite on the beach... Guess you all will have to imagine those things until he puts them up!
Mom here. Departed late yesterday - 7pm- out of SF. Today windy and rough seas. Arrive Astoria tomorrow 7am. Glad to see your new toy. Looking forward to more pics of your vacation as we begin ours.
