Flash Mob 2010
WE DID IT! As a group, we met at PIONEER COURTHOUSE SQUARE AT 5 P.M.
Jillian and I are in the second row, on the left side. We had so much fun and all met for pizza afterwards. We can't wait to do another one.

Pacific City September 11th
On Saturday we packed up the cars and headed to the beach with Chris and Owen Brown. Dawn was out of town, so we decided to entertain the boys. The weather was perfect, the kids had a blast and John caught some waves.
Chris and I went up the dune with the kids and then took them to the tide pool while John surfed. We capped off the afternoon with a late lunch at Pelican Pub, then a coffee for the ride home. I have to say that the last couple times I have been to Pacific City, conditions were perfect.

Fishing with Jillian

We caught 4 fish on Monday with grandma. We visited The Rainbow Trout Farm outside of Sandy while John went surfing with Hunter!

The Circus
On Saturday, we all went to the circus. We got to go down on the floor the first hour before the show started. There was a big group of us and Jillian's friend Madeline was there. The girls had a good time eating "horse-brain snow cones" and Jillian got a treat called a s'more on a stick from Maddy's dad. One of the elephants painted a picture and there was lots of excitement in the Finale. We all had a great time!

Salmon River Hike 8.28.10
On Saturday we all went hiking along the Salmon River trail. It was a bittersweet hike for JOhn and I because we used to take Missy dog out there. We stopped on our way in at her favorite spot in the river and took a family photo as a way of celebrating her. Jillian enjoyed all the big trees and got to see some rather large banana slugs. We stopped later and had some snacks and she and I walked out onto the rocks for a better view. It was a beautiful day and was enjoyed by all!
