Yes, the eyes of Texas are upon us. Only one more week until Jillian and I take off to Texas. And for those of you who aren't from Texas, yes that is a real Texas Longhorn and no the horns have not been photoshopped. Also congrats to the Horns Basketball team for making the sweet sixteen. I'm a little bummed because I will be leaving Texas on the day that the men's championship will be being played. And of course the game is in San Antonio. Not that I would have been able to afford tickets even if I was there, but...

Just like a Texan.
They place undue importance on their extra large head gear. Compensating for a lack of something else, I'm sure.
Hunter, I recall seeing a recent birthday photo of you with some unusual and prominent head gear on your head. Nothing as large as the longhorn's, but quite elegant, nonetheless. Does that make you a Texan at heart, too? Or just compensating for a lack of something else?
xxoo,
Texas mom
I am in fact compensating for something!
John wasn't able to support the size and weight of the head-wear he needed to adequately compensate, so on his behalf I was wearing some of it.
Shame on you all. Weeza wouldn't talk like that!!
